第二批(pi)學習貫徹習近(jin)平新時代中國特色社會主義思(si)(si)想主題(ti)教育啟動以來(lai),集團公司權屬企(qi)業堅持問(wen)(wen)題(ti)導向,堅持學習和運用“四下(xia)基(ji)層”工作經驗,深入踐行“深、實(shi)、細、準、效”五字訣(jue),奔著(zhu)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)去、盯著(zhu)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)改,實(shi)打實(shi)研(yan)究并(bing)提出解決問(wen)(wen)題(ti)的思(si)(si)路(lu)辦法和政策舉措。中金黃金所屬企(qi)業努力(li)將一(yi)張(zhang)張(zhang)“問(wen)(wen)題(ti)清(qing)單”轉化為“成效清(qing)單”,破解企(qi)業發展(zhan)(zhan)難題(ti),著(zhu)力(li)推進公司高(gao)質量發展(zhan)(zhan)。

山東鑫泰公司聚焦企(qi)業發展(zhan)瓶頸問題(ti),深(shen)入(ru)開展(zhan)調(diao)查研究,確定(ding)了涵蓋(gai)黨(dang)建與生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產深(shen)度融(rong)合、資源開發、安全環保、科技創新、扭虧脫困、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)群眾急難(nan)愁盼問題(ti)等(deng)6個調(diao)研課題(ti)。領導(dao)班子(zi)成(cheng)員集中(zhong)深(shen)入(ru)一(yi)線開展(zhan)調(diao)研,針對(dui)調(diao)查研究提出的(de)56條(tiao)意見建議,先后(hou)解決了職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)通勤班車冬季取暖、采掘車間生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活區道路泥濘(ning)濕滑(hua)、單身職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)關愛、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)食(shi)堂(tang)伙食(shi)單一(yi)等(deng)民生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)問題(ti)。對(dui)于立行立改(gai)問題(ti)已經整改(gai)完成(cheng)20項,對(dui)暫(zan)時(shi)難(nan)以解決的(de)問題(ti),相關職(zhi)能部門(men)主動認領,制定(ding)整改(gai)方案,明確整改(gai)措施(shi)、整改(gai)時(shi)間、整改(gai)責(ze)任人(ren),黨(dang)群工(gong)(gong)作部負責(ze)過程(cheng)監督,并進行跟蹤問效。

甘肅李子公司聚焦資(zi)源保障、安全環保、科(ke)(ke)技創新等方面,確定調研(yan)(yan)課題7項。領導班子分別深入(ru)井下、選廠等一線(xian)開(kai)展調研(yan)(yan),廣泛聽取職工群眾(zhong)訴求(qiu),形成問題清單(dan),針對(dui)性提出應對(dui)解(jie)決措施,逐項整改落實。通過召開(kai)研(yan)(yan)討會、強化與(yu)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)單(dan)位合(he)作機制等途徑(jing),攻堅克難,推動發展。

河南秦嶺公司聚焦黨建(jian)(jian)引(yin)領(ling)(ling)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經營(ying)、改(gai)(gai)(gai)革創(chuang)新(xin)、守牢安全(quan)底(di)線(xian)(xian)等重(zhong)點任務,領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)班(ban)子(zi)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)就黨的建(jian)(jian)設(she)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)組織(zhi)、探(tan)礦增儲、成(cheng)(cheng)本管控等重(zhong)點工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,分(fen)別深入到黨建(jian)(jian)聯系點和分(fen)管單位開展調(diao)查研(yan)究(jiu)。截(jie)至(zhi)目前(qian),領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)班(ban)子(zi)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)共計下一(yi)線(xian)(xian)開展專題(ti)(ti)調(diao)研(yan)11次,發現問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)10余(yu)項(xiang)(xiang),目前(qian)推(tui)動解決(jue)的重(zhong)點問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)6項(xiang)(xiang),其(qi)(qi)他問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)正在(zai)有(you)序推(tui)進(jin)中。針對(dui)四范溝選(xuan)礦廠(chang)(chang)設(she)備(bei)(bei)更新(xin)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),目前(qian),廠(chang)(chang)商(shang)(shang)正在(zai)按要(yao)求(qiu)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)制(zhi)造設(she)備(bei)(bei),下一(yi)步待廠(chang)(chang)商(shang)(shang)設(she)備(bei)(bei)制(zhi)造完成(cheng)(cheng)后,計劃在(zai)2024年(nian)年(nian)初(chu)停車,用2個月(yue)時間進(jin)行設(she)備(bei)(bei)拆除、安裝。設(she)備(bei)(bei)更新(xin)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造后,將大幅提(ti)(ti)升設(she)備(bei)(bei)運轉(zhuan)率,提(ti)(ti)高選(xuan)礦指標。針對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)薪(xin)酬問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),公司領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)小組對(dui)調(diao)資(zi)方(fang)案已反(fan)復討論,仍需結(jie)合實際進(jin)一(yi)步完善(shan),預(yu)計在(zai)2023年(nian)年(nian)底(di)前(qian)完善(shan)方(fang)案,使職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)不低(di)于三門峽市最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun),解決(jue)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)最急難愁盼問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)。針對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)餐廳(ting)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),目前(qian),公司一(yi)分(fen)礦、機(ji)關(guan)餐廳(ting)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造已完成(cheng)(cheng),其(qi)(qi)他職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)餐廳(ting)正在(zai)進(jin)行設(she)備(bei)(bei)設(she)施改(gai)(gai)(gai)造中,所有(you)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造工(gong)(gong)(gong)程完成(cheng)(cheng)后,將大幅提(ti)(ti)高職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)就餐環(huan)境和飯(fan)菜質(zhi)量。

河北東梁公司班(ban)子成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)重點圍(wei)繞(rao)黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作、生產組(zu)織、經營管理、關愛職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)4個(ge)方(fang)面(mian)開(kai)展調(diao)查(cha)(cha)研究。通過聽取情況介紹、現場(chang)巡察、與職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)交談等形(xing)式,了解掌握第一手資(zi)料,召開(kai)座談會,向(xiang)黨(dang)員(yuan)、群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)代表征求意見(jian)建議,制定整改措施。截(jie)至目前,東梁公司黨(dang)委班(ban)子成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)已全部完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)主題教育(yu)調(diao)查(cha)(cha)研究工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,通過調(diao)查(cha)(cha)研究,生產經營工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作穩(wen)步推進,群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)滿意度持續增強,取得(de)了初步成(cheng)(cheng)效。一是(shi)通過開(kai)展“師傅(fu)帶(dai)徒弟”模式,調(diao)動各年齡段(duan)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作積極(ji)性,同時(shi)以“走出去、請進來”的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作方(fang)式,加大(da)培養有為的優秀年輕(qing)干部。二是(shi)碳再(zai)生設備出料端使用彩鋼進行封閉處理,確保員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)身心(xin)(xin)健康,更好的投入到工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作中。三是(shi)改善工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作和住宿環境,使員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安心(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作生活。四是(shi)解決異地(di)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)每(mei)年一次回(hui)家探親路費報銷問題,為職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)謀福利(li)、辦實事。

潼關礦業公司領導(dao)班(ban)(ban)子(zi)成員(yuan)圍繞公(gong)司(si)當前改制期間的(de)安全管理、生(sheng)態環保、人(ren)員(yuan)分流(liu)(liu)、協(xie)議(yi)解(jie)除勞動合同等重點工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),帶隊多次深入到(dao)聯系點黨支部(bu)和(he)基層各(ge)部(bu)門采取現場調研、座談交流(liu)(liu)、聽取匯(hui)報方(fang)(fang)式開展調研活動,對(dui)公(gong)司(si)改制工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)推進中遇到(dao)的(de)難點、痛點、堵(du)點問題,進行了再(zai)總結、再(zai)梳(shu)理、再(zai)查擺。領導(dao)班(ban)(ban)子(zi)成員(yuan)采取現場調研、座談會(hui)、個(ge)別走訪等方(fang)(fang)式,先后召(zhao)開調研座談會(hui)12次,調研對(dui)象涵蓋各(ge)黨支部(bu)、生(sheng)產一線(xian)及機關后勤部(bu)門黨員(yuan)干部(bu)、員(yuan)工(gong),參會(hui)人(ren)數達280余(yu)人(ren)次,共收(shou)集意見和(he)建議(yi)共34條,經分類匯(hui)總后,形成員(yuan)工(gong)分流(liu)(liu)、協(xie)議(yi)解(jie)除、內部(bu)退養等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)共10條意見和(he)建議(yi)。
